I had already been working out regularly for a couple of years before starting to train with Paula.  However, Paula took my fitness to a new level, helping me lose 5lb of fat and gain 3lb of muscle in just over 6 months.  I also achieved personal bests, often by a wide margin, in every exercise we executed.

continued from above... Working with Paula was both fun and very effective!  Paula is very good listener, developing a customized program to help me achieve my goals.  She is very data-driven, which is very important to me.  For example, we used the “InBody” metrics to measure my progress against key metrics such as muscle mass and body fat percentage.  I felt that Paula was sincerely invested in my fitness and general wellbeing.  As an illustration, Paula frequently gave me workouts to execute over the weekend between our personal training sessions.  She also provided guidance on my diet, and gave me tips to improve my running in preparation for a 5K.

When my husband and I found out we were pregnant for the first time, I wanted to approach the next 9 months in the healthiest, most balanced way possible; I knew I needed to modify my exercise and nutrition, but I wasn't sure how. Paula gave me the tools to do so.
