how long will it take to receive my plan?

Please allow up to 48 hours after your questionnaire is submitted to receive a personalized plans. Any plans that are an instant download will be sent to your email within 48 hours of purchase.
 

can i contact you with questions?

Yes! All of my personalized plans include unlimited email access and weekly check-ins. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response by email.
