It may be cold outside, but work up a sweat inside with this 12 week winter challenge!
Designed to build lean muscle mass and burn excess body fat, this 12 week program will push you with 30-45 minute strength workouts, AMRAP challenges, health tips, and a 5K training plan to motivate your cardio workouts (beginner and advanced levels to choose from). At the end of the 12 weeks, every participant will run a virtual 5K "together" - no matter where you live!
