6 weeks.
That’s how long I am asking you to commit to doing something good for yourself. In a temporary time of “social distancing”, “shelter-in-place” and “lockdowns”, I realized how important it is to to take care of ourselves. There are so many free resources available right via social media, and don’t get me wrong - they’re all awesome. Anything that gets you moving is awesome.
BUT. If you want RESULTS with your at-home/cardio workouts… you need a plan. You need a progressive plan that will keep challenging you in the right ways, at the right times. You need accountability. You need a nutrition plan that aligns with your goals. You need a goal. And you need a community to do it with. That’s where I come in.

6 weeks of workouts (NEW workouts every week)
4 X cardio workouts, working your way up to an optional virtual 5K
3-4 X strength workouts
1 X weekly core workout

Information on nutrient timing, and how to utilize nutrition to achieve your goals
Sample meal plans and grocery lists
Supplement and gut health information and recommendations
