So you committed to a race... so let’s use that as motivation to do the best you can- whether that's simply finishing the race or running a PR!
Plans include monthly check-in calls, feedback on workouts, and adjustments as needed. I’m here to help in any way I can! I am available at any time via email or text for questions on the workouts, nutrition, and any other fitness/health related questions you may have.
The 12-week Running Plan (no check-ins) includes a personalized plan based on your goals and experience. Once you get the plan, you are on your own to follow and execute.
Both options include a race day checklist and tips to feel confident from signing up to standing at the start line. Let's go the extra mile together!
