Body By Tequila is a no-diet approach to looking and feeling your best… AND have fun in the process!

The typical diet and workout program is full of restrictions, rules, guilt, hours of workouts, unrealistic goals and focus on losing weight… but how often do those actually work? If you’re ready to ditch the diet and start living a life that allows you to ENJOY your workouts, ENJOY what you’re eating and ENJOY the process, then this is for you.

GOALS: you will set three non-weight related goals to work towards. Losing weight and/or inches, or fitting into a goal piece of clothing will likely result, but will not be your main focus.

NUTRITION: no food (or drinks!) will be off-limits or restricted, but I will provide you with a structure around intuitive eating, portion control, how to balance macronutrients, and the importance of nutrient timing around your workouts.

WORKOUTS: you will have 3 strength workouts (~30 minutes) to complete, 3 days of cardio that YOU choose (ex. hiking, swimming, spinning, running, etc.), and one rest day per week. Every workout is named after a tequila cocktail and the recipe is included for each - win win!

This combination of setting three goals, strength training, cardio, recovery days, awareness and mindfulness around nutrition, and no restrictions around food (within medical limits) is meant to be just the beginning of a journey of finding movement you enjoy, and creating a sustainable, healthy way of eating to meet your goals.

What’s Included:

  • Info packet that includes information on macronutrients, portion sizes, nutrient timing, suggestions on pre/post workout snacks and meals, supplements, and a sample grocery list broken down by macronutrients.

  • 12 different strength workouts (videos for workout demos linked) that can be done with zero to minimal equipment. The workouts will take you about 30 minutes to complete - but don’t underestimate those 30 minutes! Quality over quantity.

  • 12 strength workouts named after tequila cocktail = 12 tequila cocktail recipes included

  • Weekly email check-ins and Facebook group for accountability and community*
